Entering the cafeteria located on a high floor, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Yamagata City through the large glass windows, which is very refreshing. The Showa retro interior is spacious, and the moment you take your seat, you feel a sense of calm. The staff's thoughtful gesture of quickly offering a lap blanket is delightful, and you can feel the warmth of their service. The seasonal limited peach cold spaghetti surprisingly matches the sweetness with the al dente noodles, and the fruity aroma spreads throughout your mouth. The daily special Neapolitan pasta and buckwheat galette are also packed with ingredients, and I was satisfied with whatever I ordered. After the meal, sipping self-brewed coffee while gazing at the scenery allows you to leisurely enjoy a little escape from the everyday.
