The grilled fish is very fragrant, and it makes me smile involuntarily. In particular, the marinated silver cod and the opened mackerel were fluffy, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The appetizer of egg tofu and the flavorful meat and potato stew also have a gentle taste that is comforting. The thickly sliced bonito and grilled asparagus, as well as the fried dishes with a rich shrimp flavor, were satisfying. The deep-fried tofu is crispy and fragrant, and the refreshing taste of cucumber and smoked daikon is also enjoyable. Sake and hot sake pair well, and we can have lively conversations, spending a happy time together.
