The interior has a neat izakaya atmosphere. The skewers are large and satisfying, and very delicious. The chicken cartilage has a good amount of meat and fat, with a strong umami flavor. The fried hanpen has gooey cheese inside, which is very satisfying. The hegi soba is smooth and perfect for a finishing touch. The mackerel sashimi and the waterfowl chicken tataki are also rich in fat, with no unpleasant smell, and have a flavor that I prefer.
