There are many dishes featuring vegetables as the main ingredient, and all of them are fresh. Eating colorful stick vegetables with miso or mayonnaise lifts your spirits from the start. You can choose rice from white rice or mixed grains, and you can enjoy combinations with just vegetables or sets that include a little meat or fish. The pumpkin soup, which has a hint of soy milk, has a smooth and light texture. The bagna càuda and the deep snow trout carpaccio are also impressive, clearly conveying the quality of the ingredients. After savoring the meal in a private room with a sunken hearth, I naturally felt a heightened sense of satisfaction.
