The seafood spring rolls are surprisingly crispy and light, with an irresistible aroma. The banh xeo has a crispy surface, and when paired with the accompanying vegetables, it leaves a refreshing aftertaste. The pho has a clear broth, and adding a bit of garlic or spice from the table enhances the flavor significantly, making it enjoyable. They also offer banh mi, cold pho, and dessert like che, which makes the variety of the menu exciting.
