Various local ingredients are used, and the freshness is clearly conveyed. In particular, the sashimi made from fish from the Kawanami fishing port has a firm texture and is very delicious. The dishes are served in the order they are prepared, and there is a good variety, which is satisfying. The fried mochi, pork-wrapped turnips, and chicken nanban were also flavorful and left a strong impression. The soft serve ice cream after the meal was enjoyable, with the seasonal grape flavor being a beautiful purple color and tasting just like the fruit itself. You can choose between a cup or a cone, and the texture is refreshing like gelato.
