Retoir de Mer

Set at the back of a working fishmonger, L'Etoile des Mers offers a casual bistro-style setting with an open kitchen and views of the team at work. The menu focuses on very fresh fish and shellfish, with precisely cooked dishes such as sole in butter or tuna steak, often paired with carefully prepared vegetables. Service is energetic and professional, contributing to a lively, convivial atmosphere that can feel quite intimate due to the compact space.
