I took a break at a café located in a corner of the garden spa. The cheese soft serve I ordered first was rich and satisfying even in a cup. The refreshing vanilla soft serve felt pleasantly soothing on my body after the bath. The bean! bean! bean! soft serve had a subtle saltiness from sweet adzuki beans and was fun with its surprising texture. The skillet dish with several types of potatoes topped with melted raclette highlighted the natural sweetness of the potatoes and made me feel happy. The menu is filled with ingredients from Tokachi, making it a wonderful place to relax.
