Much like our Bohemia Lager, they were typically progressive, original and highly distinct

Midway between the two, London is ideally placed to bring them together in a straightforward, clean, long-matured, unpasteurised lager, where all you can taste is malt and hop

One hundred and fifty years ago the new bitter beer style, Pale Ale, was so popular that brewers had to import Californian hops to meet demand. Meantime London Pale Ale continues that tradition by combining lots of American Cascade and Centennial hops to give it a complex citrus aroma and bucketsful of local Kentish Goldings to provide the bitterness that makes the style so refreshing. Together they conspire to assail the nose with a complex, heady mix of spearmint, grass and 'hop sack' aromas, fruity citrus flavours and a bitter finish that makes pale ale drinking a truly rewarding experience. Pale Ale should be drunk alongside foods that either have a bit of bite, such as mature cheese, penne arrabiata, or a bitter-leaf salad, or have

An Apricot Berliner Weisse Brewed in collaboration with Howard's Meat Co, this beer was made to pair with their kind of food. We wanted to create a beer that complements and we wanted to be able to drink a bunch of them in the summer heat. This Berliner pairs really well with rich, peppery, smoked meats produce, but it also works well with summer salads and fish. Teaming up the tart with the fruity, this beer boasts a mega-forced, jammie, apricot nose & fleshy nectarine flavours. Motueka dry-hops give spritzes of lime-zest to accent the sharp lacto cultures. This beer alone is delicious, but pair it up with the kind of dishes we've in mind with Howard's Meat Co and it's going to be galactic

The idea was to create a beer that we could drink from 8am in the morning, all day, every day! A brew that you could make your 'go to' at any time and still function.
