I am happy that I can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine at the ski resort. The dim sum, including iron pot dumplings and soup dumplings, was served hot, and both the skin and filling were delicious. The mapo tofu, served in a stone pot, had just the right amount of spiciness and the flavor spread beautifully. The course meal featured dishes like braised shark fin and fried crab claws, which were exciting to see come out one after another. The dessert, almond tofu, was very smooth and left me feeling happy until the very end. The staff were efficient and could communicate in Chinese, so I was able to enjoy my meal with peace of mind.
