In a small shop located on the second floor of a building just a short walk from the station, the aroma of spices wafts up as you climb the stairs. Once seated, a warm herbal tea is served first, and its gentle fragrance is comforting. The daily special vegetarian curry does not use any animal products, allowing the flavors of organic vegetables to shine through. The spiciness is mild, but the spices gradually warm the body, and the rice is light, making it hard to stop eating. The couple's thorough explanations are easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy my meal slowly in the quiet interior of the shop. The soy milk chai after the meal is also lightly sweetened, leaving a pleasant aftertaste, making for a delightful lunch until the very end.
