You can now choose the level of spiciness! Levels 0 to 3 (the regular creamy chicken is level 0). In June 1993, Jammin' was born on the hill of Shichirigahama in Kamakura. It's been over 30 years since then! Please enjoy our most popular menu item since the opening, 'Creamy Chicken - Indian Style'!! In February 2024, we completed a 'retort' version that can be easily enjoyed at home after 10 years of trial and error! The creamy chicken, selected as one of the '10 dishes to try in Shonan' in the 10th-anniversary edition of the magazine 'Shonan Style', is a creative dish that combines grilled chicken marinated with the spice 'Murgh Masala' and an arrangement of the dish Butter Chicken. The sauce is simmered thickly, and the meat is grilled to a crispy exterior while remaining juicy inside. It takes about 12 minutes to grill. It may take a little time, but we want you to enjoy it fresh! The rice is brown rice that is almost white rice, polished to 80%. We cook it with turmeric (curcumin), leaving a bit of the nutritious endosperm. We use locally sourced vegetables as much as possible. Please give it a try!

Additionally, in response to our customers' requests during the COVID-19 pandemic, 'I want to eat various dishes since I haven't been here in a while!' we are offering the '+ Creamy Chicken Sauce (without meat) Keema Curry' for 1,430 yen! ⇒ And! We have prepared the 'Keema Curry with Extra Chicken Kebab' titled 'Heaping Keema Curry' for 1,870 yen! It's luxurious, but it comes at a price. It's recommended for those who rarely visit or want to treat themselves to something special! The keema curry is made entirely without wheat flour, using a unique blend of over 20 spices and slowly sautéed onions, making it 'gluten-free'. The rice is brown rice with 80% milling, cooked with turmeric (curcumin) to retain the nutritious endosperm. The creamy chicken sauce is also gluten-free. Moreover, it is a curry that is an arrangement of butter chicken, made as a waterless curry (cooked down without water, using the moisture from cream and tomatoes until it thickens). This has been Jammin's most popular curry long before it became a trend. It was selected as one of the '10 Dishes to Try at Shonansho' in the 10th anniversary issue of the magazine 'Shonan Style'.
