Pakuchan

Located just a 3-minute walk from Kadowaki Station, this long-established okonomiyaki restaurant has been serving customers since 1963. Each seat is equipped with an iron plate, where skilled female staff prepare modern yaki right in front of you. The dish is enhanced by a secret broth simmered for 8 hours and homemade mayonnaise, bringing out the flavors of the ingredients. The fluffy pancake, layered with cabbage, seafood, and either soba or udon, retains its delicious aroma until the very last bite. This cozy establishment, which preserves the charm of the Showa era, offers a relaxing atmosphere to fully enjoy the delights of iron plate cooking.
