I had salt tanmen with vegetables, and the soup is creamy and comforting. The noodles are of a nostalgic type, and I can eat them easily. The half fried rice is also an essential dish, and ordering it together brings a sense of satisfaction. The ra-jang bowl has a rich sauce, and the spiciness is pleasant and addictive, and adding extra chili oil goes well with it. The gyoza is also delicious, and vinegar and pepper pair perfectly. The miso ramen is centered around bean sprouts, green onions, and ground meat, and I’m happy that I can add corn and chashu.
