The style of grilling using a charcoal fire and a Jingisukan pot is enjoyable. Fresh lamb and fresh mutton have a gentle aroma, and there is hardly any unpleasant smell. Salt and a slightly tangy sauce really enhance the deliciousness of the meat. A platter that allows you to taste a little bit of tongue, heart, and shoulder belly is also convenient. It's great to place cabbage and bean sprouts on the edge of the pot and grill them for an immersive experience. I was very satisfied as I enjoyed the crunchy heart and even the rare stomach along with beer.
