In the cozy interior of the restaurant, just looking at the menu written in Taiwanese characters is exciting. A cheerful Taiwanese lady welcomes you and is happy to ask about your preference for cilantro. The braised pork rice has a generous serving of chunky pork belly, with a subtle aroma of star anise, and the flavored egg and pickled mustard greens pair well together. Mixing it with the rice enhances the flavor, providing a satisfying experience. The accompanying bean sprout noodles have a gentle taste, making them enjoyable until the very end. The pork rib noodles feature a clear broth that complements the molokhia noodles, and the deliciousness of the pork is clearly conveyed, leaving a lasting impression.
