You can order with a meal ticket, and the lineup includes the classic oil soba and spicy options. It's great that you can choose the portion size from regular, large, or double. The noodles have a nice thickness and chewiness, and the sauce clings well, making it easy to eat. The chashu is tender and well-marinated, and it pairs well with the menma, nori, and green onions. When you pour vinegar and chili oil over it while it's hot and mix it, the aroma enhances and makes it even more delicious. You can change the flavor with the chopped onions and yuzu pepper on the table, making it enjoyable to eat until the end.
