It has a characteristic southern region profile, with flavors of well-ripened fruits like yellow peach.

France/Chablis ■ Chardonnay Crisp and Dry. At William Fèvre, we aim to create wines that maximally express the characteristics of the vineyard with a 'hands-off' approach, resulting in pure and mineral-rich wines. This standard Chablis stands out with its fresh citrus aromas and sharp acidity. Its clean and mineral taste exemplifies the true characteristics of Chablis, making it a model wine.

France/Côtes du Rhône ■ Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan Full-bodied with a clay-sandy soil overlaying a parent rock of flint-like sandstone and limestone sandstone. Elevation is 100-200M. Facing south, southwest, and southeast. Stainless steel tanks. Extraction combines remontage, pigeage, and délestage according to the condition of the grapes. Aged in tanks for 10 months. Production volume is 72,000 bottles.

Argentina / Mendoza ■ Cabernet Sauvignon Full-bodied. The wine is made by selecting high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon from the Nicassia, Angelica, and Adrianna vineyards owned by the Catena family, and is carefully blended to achieve a style suitable for the Alamos series. It features an abundance of fruitiness and a soft tannin texture from barrel aging.

USA/California ■ Merlot Full-bodied California's pioneer of organic wine. A gem from Bonterra Vineyard. Using grapes from McNab Ranch, which practices biodynamics, it produces wines bursting with healthy fruit flavors. Among Bonterra's wines, the Merlot is particularly expected to see further improvements in quality in the future.

France/Champagne ■ Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Dry standard cuvée from Henriot. Primarily made with Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs region and Pinot Noir from the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, it features a refined aroma reminiscent of white flowers and brioche, supported by solid minerals, resulting in a beautifully creamy flavor. It uses high-quality grapes abundantly, offering remarkable complexity and structure for a standard class. A bottle that showcases the strength of the house.

France/Bordeaux ■ Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc. Centered around the renowned dry white wine region of Entre-Deux-Mers, the DBR technical team carefully selects and vinifies the grapes. It has a powerful yet deep balance of citrus aromas reminiscent of grapefruit and lime, along with mineral notes. On the palate, it is soft, offering a vibrant flavor and a fresh finish. A white wine that lives up to its name 'Private Reserve' = 'Baron's Favorite', showcasing elegance.

France/Bordeaux ■ Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon Full-bodied, its name means 'the baron's favorite wine.' In the Entre-Deux-Mers and Côtes de Bordeaux, the technical team of the Lafite Group carefully selected the grapes. While adhering to 'the elegance of Lafite,' it has been crafted into a wine that can be enjoyed casually on a regular basis.
