While walking in Kawagoe, I was drawn in by the calm atmosphere and decided to stop by. The interior is a blend of traditional and modern Japanese styles, and just enjoying the building's presence is delightful. The focus is on a combination of fresh sweets and Japanese tea, with options for sencha, hojicha, and Japanese black tea. The fresh sweets have a moist and gentle sweetness, and the lightly added salted kelp creates a nice rhythm. The tea can be savored slowly from a pot, and when served iced, it comes in a glass with ice. You can relax and enjoy your time here with prepayment, and chatting with the staff is pleasant, allowing my tired body to rest comfortably.
