This course allows you to casually enjoy the taste of Soba Kappou Nagano. We offer a well-balanced flow of Japanese food and soba, including soba gaki, assorted appetizers, sashimi, seasonal dishes, tempura, two kinds of soba, and even sweetness. Soba gaki (buckwheat noodle) 5 appetizers, sashimi, two seasonal recommended dishes, inaka seiro, seiro or kake-soba, sweetened seasonal items are included in the course. This course is designed to give you a full taste of the charm of soba kappou Nagano. Both the number of dishes and their contents are substantial, including buckwheat noodles made from native species, eight appetizers using a variety of seasonal ingredients, three pieces of sashimi, a seasonal dish, and tempura. The menu is composed with an emphasis on the flow and satisfaction of Japanese cuisine, including freshly made native buckwheat noodles. This course is recommended for those who wish to enjoy dishes and sake at a leisurely pace. For seat-only reservations, we ask that you reserve 8 appetizers in advance. This dish can be enjoyed as a soba mae (buckwheat noodle dish), and includes seasonal dishes, herring stew (prepared in the restaurant for 5 days), grilled saimaki prawns in miso, fried sakura shrimps with isobe, and other standard dishes.
