In the quiet atmosphere at the foot of the mountain, the scent of wood is very calming. The interior is cozy, and there is a counter, making it easy to relax even when alone. The pasta is cooked perfectly, and there are many types of cold dishes to choose from, making it fun to select. In particular, the cold carbonara, with its thin noodles paired with pancetta and crisp onions, has a pleasant hint of acidity. Other impressive dishes include the cold peperoncino with roasted garlic, a plate of squid, shrimp, and scallops dressed with basil, and a rich gorgonzola sauce. There are also sets that come with salad, bread, drinks, and desserts, and they kindly respond to inquiries about directions or private reservations if needed.
