Awash Restaurant

Awash offers authentic Ethiopian cuisine in a modest neighborhood space that feels more inviting once inside. Generous meat and vegetarian combination platters arrive steaming hot on injera, with rich, slow-cooked flavors and quality ingredients. The restaurant often draws a local Ethiopian crowd, and dishes are prepared to order, so service can be unhurried but rewarding.
