The course is rich in seafood. The assorted sashimi is fresh and lively, allowing you to enjoy ingredients like turban shell, bonito, amberjack, sea bream, and the impressive spiny lobster. The cold somen noodles with onsen egg have a strong umami flavor from the broth and slide down smoothly. The scallop and onion soup is wrapped in pastry, offering a fragrant and pleasantly airy flavor. The shrimp tempura with corn batter and the lightly cooked and blanched pike eel are both light, showcasing their individual qualities. For dessert, there are sharbets and mousse made with hebesu citrus, providing satisfaction until the very end.
