Exquisite eel bento to savor in Okinawa

Ichimugi Shokuhin is a restaurant that offers an unforgettable experience during your trip to Okinawa with its exquisite eel bento. Inside the restaurant, there is a live tank where you can see live eels swimming, and you can enjoy the aroma of freshly grilled kabayaki. The tender meat and the gently sweet sauce blend perfectly, and with just one bite, you'll be amazed by its deliciousness. This is a renowned establishment that provides a unique taste of Okinawa.

This shop specializes in takeout eel bento. It is located in an unexpected place, but there is joy in finding it. You can choose the bento based on the amount of eel, and you can also make a phone reservation, making pickup easy. The grilled eel is crispy and fragrant, and the glaze of the sauce is beautiful. The flesh is firm and rich in flavor, making it a great accompaniment to rice. With the freshly made bento and seaweed soup, I was able to enjoy eel casually.
