You can enjoy a meal while gazing at the well-maintained course, giving you a bit of a resort feeling. The ginger pork is tender while still allowing you to feel the thickness of the meat, and the flavor of ginger is strong, making it excellent. Tasting it with a fork and knife is also fresh and enjoyable. The cold soba served with chili oil for dipping has a strong chewiness, and the spicy kick is pleasant. The shirasu rice is accompanied by mentaiko, and it has a satisfying flavor on its own. You can also enjoy variations in taste with condiments, and the staff's response is brisk, making for a pleasant experience.
