The dishes are made with plenty of local ingredients, and the excitement starts from the moment you choose. The chewy thick noodles in the pasta are perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the mini tomatoes and the saltiness of the homemade pancetta, making it very satisfying. The finishing touch of sheep cheese adds a light aroma that leaves a lasting impression with each bite. The cream-based dish is loaded with mushrooms, and it remains delicious until the end when enjoyed with the accompanying bread. The omelet curry is shaped like a leaf after combining rice and eggs, and the rich roux with plenty of pork is complemented by the sweetness of the onions and a light acidity that keeps you wanting more. You can relax while gazing at the mountain view from the window and looking at homemade jams and handmade crafts.
