This shop is easily accessible by car, just off the Yaizu Interchange. Upon entering, there is a counter and a small raised private room, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The warm tea served at the beginning has a pleasant aroma, giving a sense of Shizuoka. The lunch bento starts with steaming hot chawanmushi, and is filled with a variety of dishes including soba, tempura, and sashimi, all of which are carefully prepared. In particular, the fluffy saikyo-yaki and freshly fried items paired perfectly with white rice, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere conveyed a sense of being loved by the local regulars, making it a very comfortable place to be.
