When you sit at the counter, the names of the sushi toppings are lined up on the wall, and just choosing is exciting. The sushi is soft, with the tuna and salmon melting in your mouth, providing a very pleasant texture. You can also feel the plumpness of the shrimp and shellfish, and the aroma of the sea spreads around. The vinegar in the rice is subtle, enhancing the flavor of the toppings, allowing you to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The small dishes and miso soup are also carefully prepared, showing attention to detail. The chef and all the staff warmly welcome you, making it a relaxing place even for first-timers.
