La strada del maiale nero Rokuhaku è un ristorante molto conosciuto a Isahaya, specializzato nella fornitura di 【maiale nero puro Rokuhaku】 proveniente dalla prefettura di Kagoshima. In particolare, il maiale shabu è apprezzato per la sua dolcezza e tenerezza uniche, catturando il cuore delle persone che lo visitano. Oltre agli hamburger e al tonkatsu, anche l'aroma che proviene dalla piastra calda è uno dei suoi punti di attrazione. Ha vinto premi in numerosi festival gastronomici per la sua deliziosità, ed è sicuramente un luogo da visitare.

È stata la mia prima volta qui! Non sono riuscito ad arrivare in tempo per la prenotazione e quando ho contattato il ristorante per cambiare l'orario, una delle staff femminili è stata molto gentile e mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi e di venire con calma, il che mi ha reso felice 😊. Alla fine, sono arrivato giusto in tempo e, una volta entrato, probabilmente la stessa persona dello staff mi ha accolto con un sorriso e mi ha accompagnato al tavolo. Anche il servizio è stato molto piacevole! Il cibo, ovviamente, era delizioso e non vedo l'ora di tornare. La cotoletta di maiale era molto tenera e l'ho gustata con piacere 😋.

Il menu è chiaro e facile da ordinare, ci sono anche piatti singoli e la prossima volta vorrei provare anche qualche drink. Ho ordinato il shabu-nabe ed era delizioso, un must da ordinare! Anche il filetto di maiale era davvero tenero, a un livello che non serve nemmeno masticare. Sia il sale che la salsa sono deliziosi, quindi vi consiglio di provarli! La vera eccellenza è il servizio del personale! La bontà del cibo aumenta ulteriormente.

I have been there many times and the tonkatsu is incredibly delicious. Both the sirloin and the fillet are the best. When paying, the owner comes out from the back of the restaurant to see you off. That is also nice.
