In a calm steakhouse located deep within the hotel, the spacious interior and the garden visible through the large windows are very pleasant. The reservation phone service is courteous, and once you enter, the staff takes care of you with smiles, which is reassuring. The warm sweet corn potage that comes at the beginning of the course has a gentle sweetness, and the demitasse cup style is stylish. The appetizer platter features Koshū beef and snacks that pair well with wine, and the salad with special dressing and warm asparagus further stimulates the appetite. The main dish, Koshū beef, is grilled to medium, and both the tenderloin and ribeye are surprisingly soft, with the richness of the fat spreading delightfully, making me feel happy. The garlic fried rice and dessert that I ordered to finish were also very generous in portion, and they were so delicious that I ended up eating too much.
