Seto Princess Mochi Pork
Among the Seto Mochi Pork, only female pigs are used. Male pigs are castrated immediately after birth because their meat retains a strong odor, but compared to female pigs, some odor still remains. As a result, the meat quality, flavor, and sweetness differ.
