The interior, with its compact arrangement of counters and tables, is clean and has a lively atmosphere that is pleasant. The selection of alcoholic beverages is incredibly rich, making it enjoyable to choose from sake, shochu, and gin. The potato salad we ordered first had a crispy secret ingredient that made it hard to stop eating. The beef tendon and daikon, as well as the braised pork, are so tender that they fall apart, bringing a smile to your face. There are also rare dishes like horse sashimi and whale sashimi, and both the fish and meat are highly satisfying. The staff is attentive, and the service is smooth, making it a place where you want to linger longer.

The crispy texture and gentle flavor of the potato salad are particularly addictive. A variety of sake, gin, and shochu are lined up, making it a paradise for alcohol lovers. Since the seats fill up quickly, it feels like a little bonus when you can drop by spontaneously.
