If you arrive late to your reservation the menu will be reduced to suit the time the table must be returned by. All dietary requirements must be confirmed prior to the booking. Please note, at this time we are unable to cater for vegan guests. A note from the restaurant Our 8 course menu is £275 per person unless booking an exclusive experience. Our dress code is smart/casual. Hats and flip-flops are not permitted. We kindly request that hats are removed before sitting at your table. Not including Valentine's Weekend

Il Ristorante Storia è un locale con due stelle Michelin che offre un menu degustazione immaginativo che fonde la cucina britannica moderna con elementi narrativi giocosi. I piatti sono altamente raffinati ma radicati in texture e sapori familiari, da canapés inventivi a pesce cotto delicatamente. La sala da pranzo, incorniciata da viste sulla città tra cui il Shard, combina un design caratteristico con un servizio attento e accogliente.

ロンドン・タワーブリッジ近くのミシュラン二つ星 Restaurant Story へ。シェフのトム・セラーズが紡ぐ“物語”に沿って皿が進み、味付けは塩分やバターを抑えた穏やかなバランスで、海外店にありがちな重さは皆無。それだけにどの品も安定しておいしい半面、記憶を揺さぶる一撃はやや欠ける印象でした。ワインリストを含む価格帯はロンドンでも上位クラスで、満足度とのバランスは少々シビアに感じるかもしれません。ただ、静かなダイニングと細やかなサービスは心地よく、物語に浸る演出を楽しむ目的なら一度訪れてみる価値はあります。
