The interior is clean and spacious, with about ten counter seats and two tatami rooms, making it more comfortable than I expected. The couple has a great rapport, and a bright atmosphere spreads to the customer seats. The ingredients are all exceptionally fresh, and I was particularly impressed by the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of the simmered anago (sea eel). I can't forget the rich aroma of the sweet shrimp and the pleasant texture of the surf clam. The rice is slightly larger, but it harmonizes well with the ingredients, making it easy to keep eating. Eating sushi while listening to the lively exchanges between regular customers and the chef is always a fun experience with new discoveries each time.
