It's a small shop with only a counter, and it's very cozy. The signature dish, cherry blossom smoked carbonara, has a rich flavor of egg and cheese even without cream. The chicken bacon smoked with cherry wood is fragrant, and the aroma spreads gently. The pasta with sauce made from carefully extracted umami from shrimp shells is also elegant and delicious until the last bite. There are sets that include a platter of appetizers, salad, and mini soup, and it's fun to choose the contents. The noodles are thin and lightly seasoned, making it easy and pleasant to eat.
