Since the craftsman carefully makes each item over the counter, I feel excited while waiting. The daily special bento has dividers, allowing me to enjoy a little bit of fried food, sashimi, and simmered dishes, which is delightful. When I get sashimi with kelp, I feel like I've really scored a treat. The chilled tempura udon is made with Inaniwa udon, which has a smooth texture, making it easy to eat even on hot days. Dipping the freshly fried shrimp and white fish tempura into the dipping sauce changes the flavor, keeping it interesting until the end. It comes with two small rice balls, and the gentle flavors of plum and salmon were perfect to finish off the meal.
