During the day, we have ramen, and at night, we have grilled meat. The mixed noodles come in both warm and cold varieties, and you can choose from red, black, or white flavors. The noodles are thick and smooth, and when mixed well, the umami flavor stands out. The finely sliced char siu, ground meat, green onions, garlic chives, seaweed, and egg yolk blend well together, providing a satisfying experience. The set of gyoza and the finishing rice also pair well, making it easy to keep eating. The balance of saltiness and oiliness is good, and I felt refreshed and comfortable after the meal.
