This course allows you to enjoy standard dishes as well as local gourmet foods.
Starting with appetizers, we offer fresh seafood carpaccio and crispy tempura platter. For the main course, we offer melt-in-your-mouth Japanese pork stew. To finish, rice cooked in a kettle using Koshihikari rice produced in Okayama Prefecture can be enjoyed as dashi chazuke, a dish in which the delicious flavors of peach sea bream and yuba (bean curd) melt into the broth. This is a luxurious course in which you can enjoy crispy tempura as the main dish.
This sumptuous course begins with an appetizer and fried dish, followed by your choice of three different nabe dishes. For the main nabe dish, you can choose from "Sosuri nabe," which melts the flavor of chicken, "Horumon nabe," filled with fresh hormone and vegetables, or "Kaisen nabe," richly flavored with seafood. To top off the meal, you can enjoy rice cooked in a kettle using koshihikari rice produced in Okayama Prefecture, with zosui (rice porridge) made from the soup stock of the hot pot. This is a special course that will warm your body and soul.
