A hidden udon and soba restaurant renovated from an old townhouse

Kazu is a cozy soba and udon restaurant that has been modernly renovated from an old townhouse. It offers house-made dishes that allow you to enjoy the aroma and texture of soba, which are loved by many. The combination of dipping sauce and tororo is exquisite, and the stickiness and sweetness of the tororo are particularly praised. The comfortable space invites you to relax and spend a leisurely time.

It was tucked away in an alley, and I felt a little excited when I found it. The style is to take off your shoes at the entrance and step inside, creating a calm space like a living room. It takes a little time as they boil the noodles for each order, but you can relax while snacking on soba chips. The mixed serving has thin soba that is easy to slurp, and the udon is glossy with a pleasant chewiness. The meat sauce is dark in color, filled with plenty of pork belly and green onions, and its aroma is appetizing. As I slurp the softly piled noodles, I feel a warm, homely atmosphere that brings me happiness.
