A workshop for authentic German bread in harmony with nature

Wood-Fired Oven Workshop YUZA Boulangerie NAO is a bakery renowned for its authentic German bread made with rye. The loaves have a sturdy, rock-like appearance, but the inside is moist and offers a deep flavor that unfolds with each bite. The inviting aroma of freshly baked bread fills the shop, and the beautiful view of Mount Chokai adds to its charm. The diverse lineup of breads is also appealing, allowing you to enjoy each one leisurely in a natural setting.

You can see the work being done inside, and it creates a warm atmosphere. The freshly baked pizza has a wonderful aroma, and I particularly enjoyed the one loaded with sausage and salami. The naan with honey and cheese has a great balance of sweetness and saltiness, and its fluffy, chewy texture is irresistible. There is also chocolate naan, which makes it hard to resist reaching for it. The croissants are rich in buttery aroma, and the layers are crispy, making me very satisfied. The staff is kind, and I appreciate their thoughtfulness in guiding me to a relaxing space.
