This is a small shop where you can casually enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. Upon entering, the posters and nostalgic music create a Showa-era atmosphere that is exciting. You place your order first, and when it's ready, you go pick it up yourself, making the waiting time feel like a fun street food experience. The signature dish, modern-yaki, is hearty with soba noodles, and the savory sauce enhances the sweetness of the cabbage, making it very delicious. The special jaja miso yakisoba is rich with minced meat and garlic, making it hard to stop eating. The friendly voice of the motherly owner is warm, and it was a cozy place where you can relax.
