The compote that goes on top is homemade in the store :) The meringue layer is on the sweeter side. It is not possible to make it less sweet or unsweetened :) It is not possible to choose specific fruits for the topping. Customers who want more fruit are requested to select the fruit addition option when ordering :) Due to the unstable supply of fresh cream, the cream is provided in a fixed amount, and we ask for your understanding that additional cream is difficult to provide :) The fruits are fresh and we do not use canned fruits.

This is a cream cake filled with rich animal-based cream and fresh peaches on a moist cake layer without syrup. :) The cake will be delivered lying down to prevent damage during delivery. :)

A melon fresh cream cake that does not use syrup and is characterized by being moist with plenty of melon juice soaked in (made with high-sugar Seji melon).

This is a fragrant and delicious mocha salted butter bread with a rich mocha dough added on top of OCIC's salted butter bread :)

Banana pudding is made every morning and sold on the same day of production. It is a product with a very high content of fresh cream and homemade custard cream, so please consume it as soon as possible on the same day, and if you do not consume it immediately, please refrigerate it :) (All products are handmade without preservatives, so the quality may deteriorate when stored at room temperature.)

The black granules on the bottom of the crème brûlée are vanilla beans. Please enjoy without worry :)

Due to the hot weather, the butter bar may become soft during delivery. We will send it in a frozen state during the summer :)
