First, hojicha is served, which is comforting. It's a Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy dishes that make use of seafood and vegetables from the Setouchi region. The seafood bowl is topped with scallops, shrimp, salmon, and the rice pairs well with shiso and nori, making it delicious. It comes with chawanmushi, small side dishes, salad, a soft-boiled egg, and miso soup, providing a sense of satisfaction. The shokado bento has unique combinations, and some include sashimi or simmered sea bream head, which is fun. It seems that private rooms can be reserved, and the staff's service is pleasant.
