I entered a shop just a short walk from Musashi-Fujisawa Station. I was shown to a table for four and was able to relax comfortably. The demi-glace sauce-soaked simmered hamburger was hearty, and the combination with rice was excellent. The tomato-flavored stuffed cabbage had a gentle, homey taste, and the rebaked bread was fragrant. After the meal, a complimentary petit chocolate cake and tea were served, which made me feel a bit lucky. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the owner and staff, I was able to enjoy my time until the very end.
