The building, which utilizes an old sake brewery, has high ceilings and a pleasant quiet atmosphere. There are antiques from Japan placed here and there, and I am excited by the good sense of style. The kaiseki incorporates elements of Western cuisine, with each dish being light, allowing you to slowly enjoy the items that come out one after another. The sesame dressing for the salad and the grated apple sauce paired with the beef fillet are very impressive with their natural sweetness. The style of eating with chopsticks is comfortable and easy. The anago terrine, winter melon puree, and poached white fish were all carefully prepared and delicious.
