Handmade signature dish made with the finest domestic sirloin
The more you eat, the spicier it gets, and the more you crave it - a favorite spicy flavor. (Caution: Those who are not good with spicy food may find it very spicy.)
Made by hand-preparing and aging the fish meat every morning, resulting in a softer and crispier texture (Basic 4 pieces, Large 6 pieces)
There may be people who have never tried it, but there is no one who has only tried it once... It's the pork cutlet served with that sweet and sour green onion salad.
An upgraded version of cheese pork cutlet. Filled with sweet potato mousse that is sweet both inside and out~

Filled with plenty of cheese inside the meat~ The more you eat, the more you crave that familiar savory taste ( + the combination with spicy sauce is a must-try)
A rich broth made with homemade tsuyu, generously topped with ingredients like oden and yuba~~
Ah.. it's spicy.. but it's a taste that keeps calling me back. The spicy and refreshing broth that just wipes away a hangover is amazing~
