The calm atmosphere unique to the resort makes meal times very pleasant. The staff is attentive and guides you according to your timing. In the casual dining area, the beignets filled with avocado cream are light and exciting from the start. In another restaurant, the pâté en croûte with foie gras, beef steak, and sautéed takaba were impressively cooked to perfection. The presentation of freshly shaved bonito flakes on rice has a wonderful aroma and evokes the island's history. After the meal, I enjoyed a cheese platter in my room, leaving me with a sense of happiness even after the experience.
