The dining area focuses on somen noodles, and the interior is stylish and clean. It's convenient to order quickly using a tablet, and the self-service water at the table is a nice touch. The cooking robot perfectly prepares the noodles from boiling to finishing, and I was impressed by the smooth texture. There are both cold noodles and nyumen, as well as creative dishes and tempura, making it hard to choose. The tantan somen and mozzarella wrapped in shiso leaves are particular favorites, and they're so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The staff is also attentive, and the self-checkout makes the payment process smooth.
