In a calm space centered around a small counter, you can spend your time leisurely. The careful electric grilling creates a soft aroma that clearly conveys the quality of the ingredients. The slightly rare chicken tender served with yuzu pepper is moist and brings a smile to your face. The fluffy tsukune and the perfectly grilled liver and gizzard enhance the umami flavor exquisitely. The parts grilled until crispy while rendering the fat are also excellent, and the texture of the bonjiri is delightful. The flow from the finishing chicken soup to the soboro bento and chicken chazuke is pleasant, and I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.
