It has a traditional and calm atmosphere, with both tatami seating and a counter, making it comfortable. There are many types of soba, and you can also choose udon and rice bowls. The seiro soba is white and glossy, and even though the noodles are thin, they have a nice elasticity and a pleasant texture when swallowed. It pairs well with the flavorful dipping sauce and goes down smoothly. The mini seafood bowl has thick slices of tuna, sea bream, and squid, and the condiments provide a nice accent. You can hear the sounds of frying and the rhythm of the knife, making the wait for your meal enjoyable.
